It feels like I haven't blogged for awhile, I think it's only been a few weeks, but man, do the days just zip by.
We enjoyed a gorgeous weekend, the weather was beautiful. God is faithful to show us the promise of spring, new life, and new growth. We haven't had a hard winter but it's still nice to see the green and feel the warm sun again.
Baby has learned to crawl, and gets pretty much everywhere now. She pulled up on the steps the other day, scaring herself when she realized what she had done. This morning, she said Mama for the first time when I walked into the bathroom where she was playing with James before school. Sweet times. She smiled big, (and acted quite the ham) for her 9 month pics last week. Breaks my heart to type the number. But, we are enjoying every moment and soaking up these joyous days where pitter patter feet is our music.

We fished for the first time this year yesterday, and walked to the creek to collect shells and splash in the water a bit. Baby seemed to enjoy the adventure, laughing at a baby fish, and watching the creek flow for a good while without hardly moving. Bella and James are getting excited for outside weather and fishing most every night. It's my favorite kind of family time, and I look forward to summer, even though it means baby will turn one, and my sweet Bella will be four. Then fall will rush in, and James will make seven his number. Where did it go? Motivation to treasure each second!
SO, it's been a fairly uneventful few weeks, not without it's struggles and trials, but God's mercy has proved faithful, and new everyday. I struggle to live each day better than the last, give it all to God, and strive to mother, be a wife, friend and daughter of God to the best of my earthly ability. All things come from Him, and strength is renewed in a second with a prayer breathed heaven ward.
